Kanye West, the controversial rapper and fashion designer who this summer launched a longshot bid for the presidency, shared fake election results on Twitter that showed him ahead of President Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden in Kentucky.

He first shared the inaccurate chart at around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday and later in the evening shared a video of himself celebrating the numbers.
The data, which were posted to the website of Lex18, the Lexington, Kentucky, NBC-affiliated station, showed Jo Jorgensen, the Libertarian Party’s nominee in the lead with 36% of the vote in the state. It then showed Brock Pierce, an Independent candidate, in second place with 29% of the vote.
In third place was West with 19%, followed by Biden and Trump, with 14% and 2% of the vote respectively.
In a statement posted to Twitter, Lex18 said that the fake election results were part of a test, and stemmed from a page on its website it used to share election results from the Associated Press during the state primary election in June.
