Stuck at home during the pandemic, CEOs are spending their time reading books on self-improvement and diversity, according to online library Perlego.

The library, which tracks readers’ job titles, gave Business Insider an exclusive list of the books that 500 C-suite executives are reading most this summer.
They include books from business and social science experts, such as Peter Drucker and Scott Page. Two of the five are about the importance of diversity and inclusion.

Perlego has more than 350,000 non-fiction books across 500 subjects. The platform, which tracks readers’ job titles, gave Business Insider exclusive data on what 500 CEOs and other C-suite execs read on the platform between June 15 and July 28. They include books by academics, entrepreneurs, and heads of diversity at major companies.
