Following Lori Loughlin’s arrest for her role in the college admissions fraud scandal, the social and financial fallout has been swift.
Her young daughter, Olivia Jade, is losing partnerships left and right.
And now Lori has lost her bread and butter — because the Hallmark Channel has severed all ties with her.
Crown Media Family Networks released a statement on Thursday.
“We are saddened by the recent news surrounding the college admissions allegations,” the statement begins.
Crown Media Family Networks then announces: “We are no longer working with Lori Loughlin.”
“And,” the statement adds. “Have stopped development of all productions that air on the Crown Media Family Network channels involving Lori Loughlin”
The statement notes that this is “including Garage Sale Mysteries, an independent third party production.”
Lori’s career in recent years has made her something of a fixture on Hallmark.
She has appeared in a number of television movies — recently including one of the channel’s infamously cheesy Christmas movies.
Since 2014, Lori has held a starring role on the television series, When Calls The Heart.
(I looked that up and it is real, but if I were sitting around making up fake Hallmark TV titles, I could not come up with a better parody)
