Two months after his death, Ralphie May‘s will has been revealed.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, the comedian — who died at age 45 on Oct. 6 from hypertensive cardiovascular disease — left all of his personal effects and other tangible property including furniture, silver, paintings, automobiles and clothing to his wife, Lahna Turner. (May and Turner, also a comedian, filed for divorce in 2015 but it was never finalized.)

Turner, who is the executor of the will, will also get the rest, residue and remainder of May’s estate, the amount of which is undetermined.

In his will, May also expressed that his two children with Turner (daughter April June, 10, and son August James, 8) should have “extensive visitation” with their grandparents.

May, a standup comedian known for his Netflix and Comedy Central specials, died in Las Vegas after suffering cardiac arrest.

“Ralphie had been battling pneumonia and had canceled a handful of dates over the last month in an effort to recover,” May’s manager said in a statement at the time. “Earlier this morning at a private residence in Las Vegas his body was discovered, cause of death is cardiac arrest.”
