Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Como, Italy
With a spectacular view of Lake Como, this century-old hotel has had a long history of hosting foreign dignitaries and aristocrats. Iconic Hollywood actress Greta Garbo once referred to the hotel as a “sunny, happy place,” and judging by the grand exterior and well-appointed interiors, we’re pretty sure Anderson would also love it.

The Greenbrier, White Sulphur Springs, WV
From the outside, this hotel looks like your typical golf resort with a majestic European exterior, but the Dorothy Draper-designed interiors look like a creation out of the renowned director’s dreams.
